Dr Andrea Simándi, LL.M is a senior privacy attorney in Microsoft’s EMEA Legal Central team, heading a group of subject matter experts who support commercial customers’ digital transformation and AI adoption. Prior to this, she has been the head of legal of Microsoft Hungary for five years. She specializes in data protection and the GDPR, cloud computing, AI, intellectual property law and IT law. Andrea was previously heading Bird & Bird’s Hungarian office, and the IPTC group of Linklaters in Hungary.
