Dr. Katharina Ludewig
Katharina joined the Coca-Cola System in 2011, serves as Senior Director – Legal Counsel, Privacy for i.a. EMEA, INSWA, Global HR matters.
Katharina is a seasoned privacy leader with over 15 years of professional experience. She began her career in private practice, moved from there to the Confederation of German Employers' Associations and then pursued a career as an in-house lawyer. Early in her in-house-career, she was heading Coca Cola’s group privacy in Germany where she built a scalable privacy program, including considerations of the ongoing developments of cross-border-transfer mechanisms. From there, she took over the EU privacy lead while implementing GDPR and subsequently broadened her scope to the EMEA and INSWA region and the support of global functions. She is passionate about disruptive technologies, people development and the support of the implementation of new legislations (such as currently in India) to develop a true global view.
