Dr Kevin Yam is the Chief AI Officer at coeo Group, one of Europe's leading debt collection companies, where he is responsible for the development and implementation of the company's AI strategy. In addition, he heads the company's own AI Lab in Berlin. After completing his Ph.D. in theoretical physics, he specialized in the realization of complex AI and data analytics projects in the financial sector. In his professional development, Dr. Yam also held the position of a partner in an IT consulting firm and the role of CTO at a medium-sized financial service provider.
