Dr. Michael Dorner heads the legal departments for Germany and Austria and is a member of the Business Leadership Teams of Microsoft Germany and Austria. As part of the Corporate, External and Legal Affairs organization, he and his team advise Microsoft’s executive management and all business units on customer-related legal matters and represent the company before public authorities. Dr. Michael Dorner has been active in commercial, IT, and data protection law for over 15 years. Prior to joining Microsoft, he led Cisco’s legal department in Germany and worked as an attorney at a major international law firm.
