Joshua Roach began his career in the defence industry, where he gained valuable experience in protecting sensitive data. He then moved to a leading cybersecurity company specialising in certifications and approvals for use in government and military environments. Later, he founded his own cybersecurity company, developing innovative products and solutions to protect the eGovernment, defence and healthcare sectors from cyberattacks. Since 2025, Joshua Roach has headed the secure communications division at the Schwarz Group.
